Recently, two key projects have been successfully carried out and promoted:
1、 Hefei Changyang Technology Three in One Optical Film Project
Hefei Changyang Technology New Materials Co., Ltd. is a production base under the listed company Ningbo Changyang Technology (688299), located in Hefei Xinzhan High tech Zone. Its main business is the industrialization of high-end optical films, BOPET polyester functional films, and display optical base films. The three in one (3A integrated) optical film production line, fully designed and planned by Zhejiang Shuangla Technology, has been successfully completed and put into operation in 2025. This production line is a complete set of bi-directional stretching BOPET integrated molding+online composite functional coating production line, integrating three core properties: ultra transparent AR anti reflection, ultra clear low fog AG anti glare, and ultra resistant protection AF oil repellent and wear-resistant. The products are widely used in the fields of car displays, commercial display screens, high-end backlight modules, and industrial control displays. The project has effectively filled the production capacity of high-end integrated optical films in the region, improved the closed-loop of the polyester based film high-end functional film industry chain cluster in Hefei New Station High tech Zone, and accelerated the process of domestic high-end optical film import substitution.
2、 Ningbo Baixin 8000mm Ultra Wide Ultra Thin Film Project
The Ningbo Baixin 8000mm ultra wide ultra-thin BOPP film production line, independently designed by Zhejiang Shuangla Technology, officially started equipment installation on February 27, 2026. This project is a specialized production line for ultra large, wide, high-precision, ultra-thin base film. After completion and operation, it will focus on laying out production capacity for high-end categories such as new energy capacitor film and high-end ultra-thin polyester base film, further breaking through the technical barriers of domestic large and wide double pull film technology, and consolidating the independent design and industrialization capabilities of domestic high-end film equipment.
