The company specializes in customized design solutions for various high-end optical-grade polyester films, functional films, and large-width ultra-thin base films, continuously contributing to the localization and upgrading of the domestic high-end film industry chain. Recently, two major key project milestones have been successfully advanced:
1. Hefei Changyang Technology's Three-in-One Optical Film Project
Hefei Changyang Technology New Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the listed company Ningbo Changyang Technology (688299), is located in the Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone. It specializes in the industrialization of high-end optical films, BOPET polyester functional films, and optical base films for displays.
The optical film production line, featuring the integration of three ultra-functions (3A integration), with Zhejiang Shuangla Technology taking full responsibility for the entire process design and comprehensive production line planning, was successfully completed and put into operation in 2025.
This production line is a complete set of bi-oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) integrated molding + online composite functional coating production line, integrating three core performances: ultra-transparent anti-reflective (AR) coating, ultra-clear low-fog anti-glare (AG) coating, and ultra-durable protective oleophobic anti-friction (AF) coating. The products are widely used in automotive displays, commercial large screens, high-end backlight modules, and industrial control displays. The project's implementation effectively fills the regional high-end integrated optical film mass production capacity, improves the closed-loop industrial chain cluster of polyester base film - high-end functional film in Hefei Xinzhan High-tech Zone, and accelerates the process of import substitution for domestic high-end optical films.
II. Ningbo Baixin 8000mm Ultra-wide and Ultra-thin Film Project
The Ningbo Baixin 8000mm ultra-wide and ultra-thin BOPP film production line, independently designed by Zhejiang Shuangla Technology, officially commenced equipment mobilization and installation on February 27, 2026.
This project involves a dedicated production line for ultra-wide, high-precision, and ultra-thin base films. Upon completion and commissioning, it will prioritize the deployment of production capacity for high-end categories such as new energy capacitor films and high-end ultra-thin polyester base films. This will further break through the technical barriers of domestic large-width double-drawn film technology and consolidate the independent design and industrialization capabilities of domestic high-end film equipment.
